How do subscriptions work

How does it work?

When you place an order for a subscription product you enter into an agreement to receive the product at the duration you choose on checkout (4, 6 or 8 week delivery) on an ongoing basis.

There is no minimum term and you may cancel your subscription or skip your next delivery at any time by logging these changes via our Customer Portal or contacting us at You must provide a minimum of ten days notice before your next delivery to cancel or make any product changes.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes! We offer a number of products on subscription. Simply select subscription when adding these products to cart, check out as normal, and they'll all be delivered to you on a monthly basis.

What if I already have a subscription - can I add more products?

Yes, definitely! You can add more products to your subscription via our Customer Portal or by contacting us at

How do I manage my subscription?

Our Customer Portal allows you to undertake tasks such as skipping your next delivery, updating payment methods, updating your delivery address, cancelling your subscription, adding more products and more.

How do I login to the Customer Portal?

When you subscribed you would have received a 'welcome email' with your unique link to manage your subscription. This link contains the individual code for your account. Click your unique 'Manage Subscriptions' link in the email and you will be taken to our portal.

If you've accessed our portal before click here to see if you're still logged in. If the page is blank, you will need to login via the link in your 'welcome email'.

I don't have my welcome email anymore. How can I get my link?

Don't worry! Please send us an email and we'll have a copy of your unique link landing in your inbox in no time at all. 

Terms & Conditions

Where you have purchased an upfront subscription with a time-based commitment (i.e. 6 or 12 months), any payments made in advance will be non-refundable and you cannot pause your subscription.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our reasonable discretion at any time and without giving any reasons for our decision.

If your payment method is declined we will continue to charge the card with 3 attempts and will initially notify you at the email address you have registered. After 3 attempts and no payment the subscription will be cancelled.

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping Australia wide. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150.
