    Do you offer refunds?

    No, we do not offer refunds on this program. Please be sure you are able to commit to your time with Janine. 

    What is your cancellation policy?

    A maximum of two appointments are able to be changed within the timeframe of the program. Each appointment must be rescheduled for a time within the 4-week program duration. 24 hours notice is required. No allowances. This applies for Janine as well.

    How do we connect?

    Sessions are held via Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams or over the phone. You will need to ensure you have a sound internet connection in place or be in an area with good mobile reception to ensure a successful session.

    How do the four week sessions work?

    Phase Alignment is a 4-week program conducted over 4 consecutive weeks. It's important that we connect weekly to work effectively with your cycle.
